[ FRANÇAIS ] A few kilometres from Montréal, right in the middle of the St. Lawrence, 5 little islands are forming Le Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville.
This park offers wide and living green spaces for walkers, cyclists and canoers who comes here for a breath of fresh air and a break from city noise.
Others enjoy a trip back in time to discover some of the First Nations that spent time on the park's islands. In the winter, Île Sainte-Marguerite offers skiers and snowshoers a paradise of snowy landscapes. The peaceful atmosphere is conducive to spotting animals and signs of their presence.
A network of 21 km of trails allow cyclists and hikers to share the circuit and discover the site's most beautiful attractions.
Take advantage of the picnic areas and magnificent viewpoints while enjoying self-guided discovery activities. The relatively flat relief of the island will suit the entire family.
Bicycles for adults and children and tandem bicycles are available for rentby the hour, half day and full day.
During the summer, you can get to Îles de Boucherville from Longueuil on the Navark ferries. Shuttle busses from Montréal and Boucherville are also available.
Free bikes for the children!
You're staying with us? During your stay, your children 17 years of age and under can take advantage of free morning bike loans. Come to the rental center with staying bill and proof of identity.
Bikes must be returned by 12 p.m. An adult must accompany the child to complete the lease. First come, first served basis (limited quantities).
Since summer 2015, a campgroud is also available in the Parc for the visitors who would enjoy a Great Nature Escape just a few minutes from Downtown Montreal! You MUST reserve very early to make sure you get your space during summertime vacations.
